Welcome Freshmen! High School has just begun and all of you have a lot to look forward to throughout the next four years. Do you have that eager and passionate mind that seeks enlightenment? Then Seo might be for you!
Sponsors for Educational Opportunity is an eight-year program that takes place outside of school, and provides opportunities for low income students that would have otherwise been unavailable to them. The Seo Scholars program is determined to dispel stereotypes, and instill the desire to succeed in every participant.
This program offers challenging supplemental courses in English and Math, and holds classes once a week, Saturday, and during the summer. In total, Scholars will have had 700 hours of additional class time, and will have sharpened their communication and networking skills. This program offers a lot of high school help, like helping to raise GPAs, understand difficult topics, and master SAT testing. But this is not all it helps with. SEO also helps students understand the college process, reach their dreams, and experience moments that not many can say they have.
This program is filled with friendly students who want to achieve their dreams, and has a supporting staff that will help in any way they can. Yes, SEO is a lot of extra work, but the rewards do pay off. Students get to progress throughout the program, and meet unique, amazing people that they may never have met or spoken to.
